Privacy & your data
Quillsafe handles sensitive property documents. This page explains plainly what we keep and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Your email address and sign-in details; the documents you upload (stored in a private vault only your account can open); each document's SHA-256 fingerprint, timestamp, title and property address; the AI review result; and payment records (amount, date, provider reference). We never see or store full card numbers or crypto wallet keys.
Why we use it
To keep a tamper-evident record of your documents, to review whether an upload looks like a property deed, to compare versions you ask us to compare, to warn you if another account protects the same property address, and to process payments. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Who processes it
Our hosting and database provider stores your account and files. Uploaded files are sent to an AI model provider only to produce the review or comparison you request. Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments.
Property address matching
If another account protects a document for the same property address, both accounts get an alert. Neither account is shown the other's identity, files or contact details.
How long we keep it
Documents and records are kept until you delete them or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, then removed.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can download a copy of all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from the Account page. You may also ask us to correct your data or object to processing by contacting us.
Security
Files are private to your account, all traffic is encrypted, and access is checked on every request. To report a security problem, see /.well-known/security.txt.
